Privacy Policy

Puxeline (“we”, “our”, “the Service”) is a client approval tool for freelancers and agencies. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. By using Puxeline, you agree to this policy.

1. Data We Collect

Account data

When you sign in with Google, we store your name, email address, and profile photo. We use Firebase Authentication to manage sign-in — we never see your Google password.

Usage data

We store the approval requests, reviews, and client briefs you create — including titles, descriptions, file URLs, client emails, and timestamps. This data is needed to operate the service.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status in our database. We never store credit card numbers or raw payment details.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Puxeline service
• To send transactional emails (review requests, approval notifications, brief submissions)
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Client Data

When you create a review request or client brief, your client's email address and any responses they provide are stored in our database. This data belongs to you. Your clients are not registered users of Puxeline and do not have accounts. You are responsible for having a legal basis to share their email with us.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial regulations.

5. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication and database
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Vercel / Firebase App Hosting — Hosting and infrastructure

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We only share data necessary for them to operate on our behalf.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a machine-readable format

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Firebase and Stripe use industry-standard security measures. Access to production data is restricted to the development team. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to support@puxeline.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users by email if changes are material. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
