Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Puxeline (“the Service”), operated by Puxeline (“we”, “our”). By signing in or using Puxeline, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Puxeline is a client approval and project intake tool that allows freelancers and agencies to send approval requests, collect client feedback, and gather project briefs. The Service is provided as-is and may evolve over time.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Puxeline. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Send unsolicited emails or abuse the client email features
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission

4. Plans and Payments

Puxeline offers a free tier and paid plans (Freelancer, Agency, Lifetime). Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Lifetime plans grant perpetual access to the features available at time of purchase and future feature updates. A one-time payment is charged; no recurring fees apply.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase from your account settings or by emailing support@puxeline.com.

Refunds are not available after the 7-day window has passed. We reserve the right to deny refunds if we reasonably suspect abuse of the policy.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within Puxeline — approval requests, briefs, feedback, and file attachments. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Puxeline (including sharing client email addresses) complies with applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Puxeline platform — including the software, design, logo, and marketing materials — are owned by Puxeline and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puxeline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 6–10 survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users by email if changes are material. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
